EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Our valued Customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following Terms and Conditions:
- - The Goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition and can be resalable in their original packaging and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt. 15% Restocking fees will be applied.
- - The Goods to be exchanged or returned are not matching the ordered product and /or have defects and/or defects are not apparent at the time of purchase.
- - Shoes and accessories should be returned with original branded boxes, placed inside a parcel box when being shipped.
- - Cosmetics and perfumes must be returned without opening and/or using the product while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.
- - Oud, incense, and its derivatives are neither returnable or replaced.
- - Lingerie, Stoking, Underwear, Swimwear, Books & Stationery, Groceries, and Socks are neither returnable or replaced.
- - Products that are sold as sets (which means purchases consist of several items and are sold as a whole) cannot be exchanged or refunded solely or individually.
- - In case the Customer would like to return an item after receiving it intact without any damages, the Customer shall bear the cost of shipping with the condition that the goods to be returned are in their original condition (unused and with their original packaging) and attached to the original purchase receipt.
- - The Customer shall not bear the cost of shipping/ delivering the products with a manufacturing defect.
- - All refunds will be made through the original payment methods.
- - If you have paid through Online payment (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your card statement, depending on the bank process, bank charges will apply.
- - If the product was purchased in cash, the refund should be made to the Customer in cash.
- - The product purchased under promotional prices will be refunded based on the same price of the purchase.
- - The refunding and exchanging process of any product is managed and accepted by the (customer service).
- - The department will ensure the status of the product subject to the refund or exchange. (customer service) may refuse to exchange or refund the Product if it was not in accordance with the above-mentioned terms. Items that are damaged, missing parts, missing box, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons, not due to Brandeyz.com or Seller error will not be eligible for a refund.
